Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the EUCfull trip mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is made for everyone, children aged 6 and up included.

The short version: the game itself collects nothing — your progress stays on your device. The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. We treat every player as a child: the ads are only non-personalised and suitable for families, and the advertising ID is not used. To show ads, count them and prevent fraud, Google AdMob receives a small amount of technical data (listed below). We, the developer, receive no personal data.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following locally on your device only, in its private app storage. This data is never transmitted anywhere:

Your progress: coins, upgrade levels, your best distance, milestones reached and daily tasks.
Your settings, including the language.

You can erase this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob), an ads SDK self-certified under the Google Play Families Policy. Every ad request from the App is marked as child-directed (COPPA) and as coming from a user under the age of consent (GDPR), and the ad content is limited to the rating for general audiences. So there are no interest-based ads, no remarketing and no ad personalisation for anyone. When an ad is requested, the SDK collects and sends to Google:

the IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location (country or region) of the device;
interactions with the App and the ads: app launch, taps, ad views;
diagnostic information about the performance of the App and the SDK;
the app set ID, an identifier shared only by the apps of one developer on a device. The App does not use the Android advertising ID.

Google uses this data to deliver and count ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud and abuse. It is encrypted in transit (TLS) and handled under Google's Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Without an internet connection no ads are requested and nothing is sent.

3. Information we do not collect

No name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos or files.
No precise location: the App does not request the location permission.
No account, login or cloud sync.
No analytics or crash reporting of our own, and no third-party SDKs besides Google AdMob.
We only see AdMob's aggregated reports (such as the number of ads shown), which identify no one.

4. Children's privacy

The App is made to be suitable for children aged 6 and up and follows the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we treat every player as a child, the same protections apply to all players: only family-appropriate, non-personalised ads, and no advertising ID.

Parents or guardians with questions, or who would like data deleted, can write to us at dev@plbl.day. We hold no data that identifies your child; for the data Google AdMob processes we will help you with a request to Google.

5. Your choices

Play offline: the game works without the internet, and then no ads are requested.
Uninstall the App or clear its storage to erase everything it saved on your device.

6. App store

The App is distributed through Google Play. Installing it and the aggregate statistics Google shows us (such as install counts) are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

Should the App ever change in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
